Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using UniPlanner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of UniPlanner, including free and Pro subscribers.

2. Use of the service

UniPlanner is a personal productivity tool intended for individual student use. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service
  • Not use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pro subscription

Certain features of UniPlanner require a Pro subscription. Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a billing concern.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you add to UniPlanner — your schedules, tasks, grades, and notes are yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep UniPlanner available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

UniPlanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of UniPlanner shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of UniPlanner after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
